The questions buyers ask us most often before placing a ribbon programme.
- What is your minimum order quantity?
- Custom Pantone colours start at 2,000 yards per colour and width. Our 196 standard satin and grosgrain colours can be ordered in smaller quantities.
- Do you provide free samples?
- Yes. Tell us the ribbon type, colour, width and artwork you need and we will arrange a free sample.
- Which certifications do you hold?
- BSCI, OEKO-TEX, FSC and GRS. Our factory has also been audited under the WCA, SQP and GSV programmes for Wal-Mart and DG.
- Where is your factory?
- In Xiamen, Fujian Province, China — a 6,000 m² facility with 120 workers, weaving, printing and hand-finishing in house.
- Do you support OEM and ODM?
- Yes. We develop ribbon from your artwork, covering Pantone colour matching, print specification, hand-finishing and export packing.
- How many countries do you export to?
- We currently serve buyers in more than 80 countries, mainly retail chains, wholesalers and importers.
